Licensing agreement

License

By purchasing or downloading any Object available for purchase or download on unityle.com (including free versions), you agree to this license agreement. If you are purchasing for multiple people on your team, please support the authors and add the appropriate team-sized license to your cart during checkout:

The Unityle license grants the user a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the digital work ("Object").

What you CAN do:

• Create final products for clients or personal projects, license, sublicense, and make any number of copies of final projects for personal use or clients.
• You may modify or manipulate the Object. You may combine the Object with other works and create derivative works based on it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
• You may share, edit, and access files with members of your team or other users only if you have purchased a professional or team license.
• This is a "multi-use" license, which means you may use the Object multiple times, in multiple projects.

What you CANNOT do:

• You may not copy or modify the Object and sell, resell, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise grant rights to the product, files, or assets in the files (in the original or modified form) on any marketplace, as well as through private channels and bots, under any circumstances.
• Create a theme, template, or derivative work of any product for sale on any market.

Note: Violating these terms will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Limitation of Liability

Unityle's liability to you for any expenses, damages, or other losses arising from your use of the Objects, including third-party claims against you, is limited to the cost of your license.

Under no circumstances will Unityle be liable for expenses, damages, loss of data, failure of security mechanisms, business interruption, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind (including lost profits or lost data), whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if you have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Ownership of the Objects remains with the Unityle development team. You must comply with the licensing terms to avoid termination of the agreement for non-compliance with agreed-upon conditions.

No Warranties

Any Object is provided "as is" and "with all faults." Unityle and its third-party licensors disclaim all express, implied, or statutory warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, ownership, non-infringement of rights, and fitness for any purpose.

Unityle makes no representations or warranties as to the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the Objects, or as to whether your use of the Objects will be safe, timely, uninterrupted, or error-free. The Object may not meet your requirements or expectations.

Return and Refund Policy

If you encounter any problems, please contact us at help.unityle@gmail.com within 14 days, and we will issue a full refund!

Please note that you will no longer be able to use any of the Object's elements in any projects if we refund your money (including personal/non-commercial projects).
